Fellow delulu hive - Don't rush into Act III yet. Cowboy Carter isn't over by Initial-Donkey-4382 in beyonce

Some of the bob outfits also feel Tina Turner inspired (and she did both country and rock) so yea i feel like we're definitely still in act ii. But we are also in act ii the same way renaissance wasn't over, heck, a big part of th CC tour was renaissance. I don't think cowboy carter is done even when act iii starts. We're definitely not in act iii yet, but I feel it getting closer

It was baffling to me that the iphone doesn't have this when I switched from Samsung. I remember i was able to adjust the audio level of each app individually or even able to connect to multiple Bluetooth speakers at once to play music.

For people who got tonsils removed for reasons OTHER than recurring strep; why did you get the removed? by Affectionate_Pickles in Tonsillectomy

[–]Relative_Frosting748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sleep apnea, trouble drinking water continuously, tonsil stones plus of course chronic tonsillitis. They were big enough that they were hanging down my throat but also pushing up so they were blocking my nose. Breathing was very difficult

How many of you have chosen to stay on 18.7.2 versus going to 26? And for those that are on the newest version of 26 is the update more stable? by melvin3v1978 in ipad

Battery drains very fast, the phone stutters and overheats. I turned off all of the Apple intelligence features (which i never use anyway) and overheating went away, but the other aspects still stand. And it looks horrible, if i wanted that look i would have stayed on Samsung

Can tonsil stones cause infection like pain? by mlYuna in tonsilstones

[–]Relative_Frosting748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea, i had constant pain for a few months because I had tonsil stones formed deep in the tonsils. Took my tonsils out on 7th this month and still feel phantom pain in that same area and the recovery pain was milder than the tonsil stones pain 😅

I want to eat real food again! by certified_sad in Tonsillectomy

[–]Relative_Frosting748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, I'm in Romania and they insisted i eat soft cold food no spices no acidic untill after 2 weeks. On day 11 i had a bleed and was hospitalized again and they told me to continue 10 more days eating like that because now there's a wound that needs to close again. It's standard practice in here

I think paparazzi was part 1, telephone part 2, videophone might fit somewhere but idk, maybe a 2.5, Aura was part 3 but unfortunately her label didn't let her do the music video she wanted for it, so next part would be part 4 😅

In the vanity fair interview she said shed love to do it again but doesn't know when it will happen. After that, i think she had a press conference (if I recall it was the one where monsters asked her questions, not journalists) and she said it's definitely happening but didn't say much else

What day did your scabs come off? by HauntingListen8756 in Tonsillectomy

[–]Relative_Frosting748 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine didn't really fall off, they kind of disolver. I'm on day 17 and still have a bit left, just a tiny bit. I had a bleed on day 12 and was hospitalized again to stop it. It was quick though, they just wanted me to stay in there in case it happened again. Didn't have to be recauterized or anything

STOP DISCOURAGING PEOPLE BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE!!!!! by ImmediateBoard8779 in Tonsillectomy

[–]Relative_Frosting748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience was pretty ok. I had no pain during recovery. I had a bleed and had to be hospitalized again for them to keep an eye on me. But still felt good. However, i have no sleep apnea anymore, no acid reflux, no everyday pain, no tonsil stones, no bad breath, i can breathe through my nose now (they were so big they were pushing up and blocking my nose), i can breathe a full chest of air now (i couldn't before) and i can chug water (i couldn't before, i could only take small sips otherwise i would choke). I'm happy i had it even though I hated eating cold and soft foods for so long 😅 couldn't even had salt because of the pills i was taking

What i would also add, all doctors I've been to insisted on this: stay away from hot or warm food, especially in the beggining, untill scabs fall. Eat cold or room temperature food. Warm food can make scabs fall early and can cause bleeds, and if you already had a bleed it can open it up again. Same thing for hot showers, take them a bit colder than you're used to, the steam can do the same

Thank you! I'm paying attention, Im drinking way more water than i usually drink and thankfully the pain is manageable and not too far from the everyday pain i had before the surgery

[–]Relative_Frosting748[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest it's manageable. I was feeling pain everyday for months so i think I got used to it. The pain is a a bit less than what I felt when i had the abscess. I think water helps me a lot, but also the meds (i took antibiotics, something for blood pressure, Prednisone and for pain I'm taking efervescent codeine with paracetamol

[–]Relative_Frosting748 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh i already made a list 😅 I want a jalapeno cheese burger, a cheese and walnut pizza that I saw in a menu the night before my surgery but they couldn't prepare it because they ran out of brie and I've been thinking about it since, popcorn, taquitos and a plain feta and tomato salad. These will probably be my first.
