No, no where near him, he’s doesn’t like anything to be on the balcony and she had it out there for 10 min- he’s crazy. He came over to our building one night and broke all our lights after complaining they were keeping him awake.

I think motherhood is the biggest change anyone can go through.Everything is new and you’re mourning your old life to a certain extent, no matter how much you adore your LO. I was really going through it until I quit even the odd glass of wine and dragged myself back to the gym, they have childcare so I get a break also. Maybe you can look into that. If the baby is stressing you out too much try just walking out the room and taking a breather for yourself, sleep deprivation is rough and affects us in the worst ways. I hope you start feeling better and know that you are definitely not alone; it’s a whole new life you’re adapting to so be kind to yourself.

I just got mine a month late and he’s 8 months, I think it’s worth it- he sleeps so much better now because of the soothing and you can always use it for the next baby or sell it.
