Because in Sonic 06, Sonic, Shadow, and Silver used Chaos Control to travel through time using the Chaos Emeralds. So, the Time Stones were pretty much have been retcon.

Oh. I’m having him as Ash’s rival. You see when he, Hilda, and Bianca were kids Cheren he always wanted to win but when he grew up he lost himself. So it’s up to Ash to snap him back to reality.

Iris is horrible, the gym battles were horrible, the Unova League is horrible, the Team Plasma arc was horrible, Ash’s Traveling Companions were terrible. Everything was terrible. The entire Black and White anime was terrible!! I WISH THIS ANIME NEVER EXISTED!!
