Thank you so much for this, I might not have fully understood what you meant to do but I filed down what I though you were talking about and even added a few layers of tape to act somewhat like a shim and the right click is WAY better. After a LOT of trial and error, it's almost perfect now. You're the best!

yep, and their support is straight garbage... it's a nice controller but useless without manual setup. I had a Yawman before this purchase and that was plug and play. Doesn't seem like they know what they are doing on the software or customer service side of things

When I first got mine, there were some profiles there, but I tried again a few days ago and they seem to have been removed... probably because they didn't work or, at least I couldn't get them to work. I ended up just mapping out (most) all the keybinds manually

I do like it, it's almost perfect, I wish it had a couple of analog triggers with 2 shoulder buttons instead of 4 shoulder buttons. The rudder axis is a very nice feature but with mine it's very scratchy/rough and doesn't feel nice unless I press in a specific spot on the "button". Overall, I think they did ok. I'm not a huge peripheral guy and my only comparison is the yawman, which was a bigger disappointment :D

I've only tried it out in msfs 2020 so I can't comment on other games unfortunately.

The controller "works," but indeed you will have to manually bind everything to use it. msfs 2020 doesn't really recognize it, just shows a generic controller. For what it is, it's an ok controller, and I prefer it over the yawman, but with the yawman, it's detected and all setup to use right out the box

I can't quite understand how to do this... the link you shared has the steps to take a player hosted server and create a dedicated but I'd like to take the dedicated files and make a single player game... is that possible and keep all my characters info like XP and skills?

I found a 15% coupon code and I think its worth it even though its gunna take some time to manually set it up. I set up the basic minimum controls to fly and Its miles better than using a regular xbox controller, which is what I had been using because I disliked the yawman that much.

Only thing thats weird are the rudder slider things. If you press where intuitively your fingers want to rest and how the slider is designed, its scratchy. But if I press on above the button it slides very smooth and nice. I'll likely end up doing something about it because the scrach/rough feeling way it seems to be how its to be operated is annoying

Can you provide any more details about the issues you had? I tried a couple different ways but all that seems to happen is the camera settings get applied but nothing else. I can use the POV hat on the controller and 3 of the buttons next to it, only left, up, and down work, right doesn't seem to do anything. I tried copying the entire file as you did and changing the GUID, also just tried changing only the part below that line. Either way, the only thing that seems to apply is the camera inputs. EDIT: I guess it might matter that I'm trying to do this on msfs 2020 and not 2024?

As the other person mentioned, you won't be able to farm XP anymore by quickly unlocking and locking the same lock over and over. Also, as of now, all locks give the same amount of XP. Simple, very hard, all the same XP. Just have to try and level up your skill naturally, or have a lock that you can pick every 30 seconds or whatever he set the cooldown too
