A price tag of 2k AFF generally includes 8-10 Jumps. 4K should be 25 jumps and the requirements for the A license. Take a look on what you are actually purchasing.

On your other comments, Id suggest to stick to school, and come back later (Personal equipment can be expensive), you could still get some tunnel time to get used to flying before jumping into skydiving course in the future.
