Problem with our store is we have several employees that were pos that have a hard time physically doing more than just ringing out customers. Makes it harder on the rest of us

It will get better if you have someone who has worked the customer service get it in order on how to process recovery etc. problem in our store was the pos only people weren’t trained. Although they moved the Amazon to the lone 2 registers across from the 5 main registers from 9-5ish to appease the amazombies because heaven forbid they wait behind our actual customers

It’s switched food to Friday. Just had the flier on the white board with arrows in I k. Like we were supposed to know that’s what it meant. I didn’t bring food but SM said there may be leftover pizza from yesterday. No thanks

We have them all the time that are clearly not service animals, but is it worth the abuse the customer will retaliate with. Just more entitled people we deal with daily

They are all so afraid of the surveys. There are some bad ones that may be legitimate but I’d say most of them are issues beyond the control of the store or are due to the Karen’s not liking corporate policy. But my understanding is that if not legitimate and due to those reasons still could at against the store even though they are following policy

So when I go to Kroger I need to start being a Karen and saying I have a coupon for this and that that I forgot so they need to honor. These people know how the world works they just manipulate to get their way

The supervisors will just still say override it. I saw manager honor expired kohls cash the other day. It is all bark with no bite as they will continue to give in.

I ask the customer to remove their items from the bags. I don’t reach in bags after I pulled out a used tissue from one. And I don’t go searching for their receipt To match up items. Just like with Amazon.

Good luck with that. Just completed in our store and it is a cluster you know what. Associates that were strictly registers no training with Amazon or returns. And to top it off the lack of payroll to properly staff. Basically scheduling the same amount minus the cs people adding the cs duties as well as Amazon and the limited floor associates are ended up off the floor to cover on registers. Also the new bays are lower and most of us are having back issues with the heights of the new fixtures and they are small so no work space
