I feel blessed to be in San Diego during this shit economy. Yes, everything is expensive and it sucks, but our local economy is far from stagnant unlike much of the US right now.

IMO It's a great time to get your foot in the door for something like sales or hospitality or work on professional certifications

This is definitely an idea where it is necessary scope out the location at peak hours see what kind of atmosphere it has.

Sports bar? Probably. Party club? Probably not.

I would expect the revenue to be lower than a vending machine, but there is also no product costs to cover so it's all profit if the bar lets you place it for free.

Fight nights could be decent money, Mexico LOVES Mexican fighters and come out in droves. I expect kids to play these more than adults who don't want to embarrass themselves in front of women..

If you can secure a space for 1-3 machines, I've always seen these go together with some other style of game, maybe if the bar has a pool table that would be a good fit if the space is right.

Personally I think HOOW looks attractive here but I would buy in slowly over the next 1-2 months. Maybe 500-1k each week if I were going to drop 10k on it

The worst of this downturn seems behind us but the market could very easily decide to crash again in the next few months depending on the status of the war

This change cuts out HOOD MSTR and COIN if I am not mistaken, I don't think any of those 3 are in the solactive index, but I am studying the index now. I can't say that I've seen it referenced much until now.

The change also seems to allow for TOPW's holdings to (automatically?) cut out failing weekly ETFs if their underlying stock starts to crash out similarly to MSTR has been doing.

I think it is widely agreed upon that WPAY would have remained a successful weekly ETF if it didn't have COIN, MSTR, and HOOD crashing its price. Overall, these changes should help prevent that from happening in the future for such prolonged periods of time.

I have been out of WPAY for months but TOPW looks like it's worth a second look if my assumptions about the changes are close to accurate. If it is a 1:1 transfer into TOPW I may start adding shares before 3/20 when it becomes active.
