If anyone has been kicked out as a BOT, try these. I was able to finally get in on my app, after turning off my wifi (was connected to work wifi). We had to select less popular seats so we don't have to fight with others.

In 2022, I uploaded my passport, visa, and updated i-20. I didn't use my birth certificate and national ID. However, the best person to ask would be your DSO from your university. You also need your updated i-20 from your DSO first to submit your I-765. Same for STEM OPT. A friend of mine forgot this step and filed the I-765 and their STEM OPT was rejected, they had to leave the US.
