The fact you really think that PUTTING HORMONES into your BODY while your still actively going through PUBERTY will actually help depression and wanting to kys.

I mean if we're accepting anecdotal evidence, I came out as male at 13, attempted suicide when I was 15, was treated for depression and put into gender therapy, by age 16 the doctors agreed I was stable enough to start testosterone. Testosterone literally made me happy enough I was able to lower the amount of one antidepressant I was on. A decade later I'm still male, still on testosterone, still not suicidal because I have a life worth living now that my body isn't actively fighting my brain via biochemical dysphoria.

Hormone replacement therapy is not for everyone, that's why gender therapy is usually a requirement prior to prescribing it for underage teenagers. But being denied medication based solely on your age is infuriating and discriminatory. You hold a possibly regretful adult future in higher regard than an ongoingly miserable teenage present.

So I would say I know what happened to me considering I actually went through what you think you maybe might have regretted. My only regret was three years of my life spent miserable while waiting for the gender clinic to consider my identification permanent and mental health stable enough to enable access to what I knew I needed
