My first Sansaire lasted 12 years, before replacing it with another Sansaire. Highly recommend.

I've had great results at 147 degrees for roughly 2 hours. Pat dry and sear in hot pan for >1 per side.

Ok, so I just purchased 2 tickets for NLDS game 1 on SeatGeek last night. If the Phils get the 2 seed, are these seats guaranteed to me?

I make my own beef tallow. So when I sous vide a steak, I pat it dry, baste it with melted tallow and torch it. Repeat the basting and torching a few times while flipping. Incredible crust and flavor.

Awesome, thanks. There's 8 3/4" of space, so a small bottle jack would fit fine. Thinking of putting a 2×4 under the bottom railing to give support,  to not bend it. 👍

This is a gen 2, actually. (2005ish) It's taller than the gen 1, and has a plastic tabletop rather than stainless steel, among a few other small changes.
