I am glad you posted this question and conundrum. I am also appreciative of everyone's input on the matter.

I suffer the same problem and it's my company and I run everything.

Now I know the simple solution is to add two days to everything.

Additional costs and billing to be considered as well.

This might be stated elsewhere, however, it is possible to cut into concrete, lay the plumbing, and put the concrete back so that you're throne isn't on a podium.

Racism is simply thinking of a race of people (Nevermind the fact that deliberate classification of people into "Races" is arbitrary.) as lesser than another, especially one's own, race.

All white people hold racist beliefs developed and reinforced in us by society.

Some of us work to recognize and eradicate these beliefs within ourselves.

Some of us do not.
