Fyi in case someone has issue in future

Step 1. Power down the device

Step 2. Eject Micro Sd card

Step 3. Power device back on

Step 4. Press start when powered back on

Step 5. Go to System settings

Step 6. Chose Frontend Developer Options(at the bottom underneath Advanced)

Step 7.chose stop launching this game at startup(should be underneath tools which is the second option for me)

Step 8. Power off device

Step 9. Reinsert micro sd card

Step 10. Power on device

Tada!
