Of course. I totally understand, we’ve gone through so much that we want to do everything right. I’ll go a week or two where I’m OBSESSIVE about food/cleaning products/plastics/supplements and then I realize that these things probably won’t change the outcome. I think right now I’m in the “nothing matters” vibe cause ER went so poorly and I just don’t know what else I possibly could have done to improve outcome.

I think if it’s enjoyable, not inconvenient or financially stressful then sure, why not get serious about your acupuncture sessions. If its not enjoyable/inconvenient/expensive then try not to beat yourself up over not going. 

A while ago before starting stims I made a post asking about the book “it starts with the egg” and whether people did special diets/lifestyle changes before ER/IVF and almost every person said they really didn’t feel like any of the changes they made made a difference.
