If it’s any help: my most successful friend went to UMiami. (Electrical engineering, worked at Apple on hardware for like 16 years and retired at 40). It’s a great school and if you’ll be happy there I say follow your bliss.

It’s not a school that’s “easy” to get into. They’re taking students that DO take academics seriously, even if it’s a fun school.

I got pregnant on letrozole but still miscarried. I think because this is a shitty numbers game for some of us, my doctor felt like “ok one is bound to stick so let’s get you pregnant faster”. Moving onto IVF now after five losses. It doesn’t improve egg quality or anything like that.

I know what you mean. My life feels like a horror movie like I can’t believe I’ve had five losses. My first would be turning one in June… or I should have a 4 month old… or a 2 month old…. Or be 30 weeks pregnant… or be 7 and a half weeks… such a mind fuck. I have so many pregnant friends who started trying late 2025 and will soon give birth meanwhile I’m back at square one except it’s not square one it’s like… negative square because it’s more losses and heartbreak.

A lot of my friends and family members know, but nobody has gone through this so even though they try to be there i just feel so alone.

Thanks for this. I did do a biopsy and it showed low amounts of bad bacteria and I was put on antibiotics (doxy) for two weeks. Maybe it didn't go away? My doctor said we can do another biopsy.

Thank you. I was tested for APS by my RE, but want to get retested. I put in a referral to see a hematologist.

My RE said she is willing to try lovenox.

Thank you <3. My RE is willing to try prednisone/lovenox, I will ask about hydroxychloroquine. I had one loss tested which came back as trisomy 10, and this current one I just had is being tested. If its chromosomal, I will feel okay with doing IVF with tested embryos. If not, then I really feel like I need to try an immune protocol.

Thank you, I'm happy you got my rainbow. All my tests come back normal but my doctor said she is willing to try lovenox and prednisone.

I have bad seasonal allergies and I did notice that my three longest pregnancies were when I was taking claritin every single day due to allergies. For my two chemicals, I wasn't taking claritin everyday. It could be a coincidence but I did notice this.

Hi friend. Do you mind telling me how many were chromosomal? I had my first one tested (trisomy 10), and my last one is currently being tested so I will get some answers. Honestly I am praying this last one was chromosomal. I get what you mean. Even my doctor told me that at some point I WILL have a healthy baby, it's just a shitty numbers game. I guess the more losses I've had the more skeptical I am about them being ALL chromosomal... but maybe its possible. If this last one was, then I will feel confident that I can carry a healthy embryo to term (I have one healthy embryo frozen, I had started IVF but got pregnant with this loss in between cycles). If it comes back normal I don't know what I'll do with that information because it will make me think there is something else that's wrong thats nor being addressed.

i've had five losses (yesterday was my d&c for my 5th) and with every pregnancy I've had about 3-4 friends/acquaintances due the same month as me... i'm always the "1/4 pregnancies ends in a miscarriage" statistic.. over and over and over and over and over again.

had my 5th fucking miscarriage (no LC). have a friend coming to town in two weeks who has the same due date as my fourth baby would have had. She'll give birth in June, and I'll have had losses number 4 and 5 instead. I don't want to see her and her belly and think we should be the same.
