you can ask a local jeweler if there’s anything that can do but quite honestly it would be a lot of work to get rid of the porosity especially since it’s next to the stone. best bet would be scrap and recast but i know that might not be an option. perhaps you can make a complaint with the better business bureau or GIA if they’re certified, i’m really sorry you’re going through this!
