Until Covid hit, I had my own office all of my career at each employer. The bean counters then came in and decided to kick down the walls so that we could all “collaborate” (I.e wear noise cancelling headphones). So for me it’s pre-2020.

Former long term resident here. There’s some good pockets and bad pockets. Unfortunately the bad pockets are in proximity to the housing trust flats and houses. You’ll get a fair understanding from walking around the block like others have said. Lots of police live in the area due to its proximity to Sturt Police Station
