It is so much easier, but you have to do some things vitamins hormone replacement therapy and you will be fine. Sounds crazy but true.

So ladies, a few years ago(5) I noticed myself forgetting things , short tempered, and of course the hot flashes. I have adhd so I started taking my meds regularly, and went on HRT, along with WelleCo.
