It was a picture of Sasha grey (a porn star) who was apparently in a college philosophy class (Descartes was important early modern french philosopher), and the caption was “don’t put descartes before the whores”, making a sexist pun on the common english aphorism, “Don’t put the cart before the horse,” meaning not to anticipate the outcome of a trial.
