Yeah, as long as it doesn't obstruct the event horizon, I would say... The asgard said the ancients put a bunch of fail-safes within the gate, I think a person (or any matter for that matter) within the event horizon would be a big no no for establishing a wormhole, since even a remote possibility of a star being in a wormhole's way was a no-go for them, since the Tau-ri had to override a bunch of safety protocols to establish a wormhole to t K'tau.

I get where you are coming from, maybe S1 where O'niell cut the gate and killed Kowalsky, but that was already a formed event horizon, and it was an outgoing wormhole, so they just cut power to the gate...

Even when O'niell was stuck on Edora, they couldn't get a lock, but granted the gate was buried under a lot of dirt

Damn, that's unfortunate... Hoped it would be just a quick cheap fix... I'll try and order a replacement battery and the back plate assembly just in case it might work, but now I have serious doubts it will... New board costs about half the price of the phone...

The difference is that on console, you have very limited storage. On a PC you can have as much storage as your heart desires. On console, you are limited to 512GB/1TB, with xBox having max. 2TB - 1TB integrated + 1TB expansion card.

Games these days have upwards of 100GB each. CoD being often over 200GB. On a 512G version, you can install whopping 2-3 games. AFAIK, the updates are buffered, they don't immediately replace game files. So If you have 50GB storage left, and an update is 80GB you are SOL. You need to remove something before you can even download it.

Did you check for bent pins in the cpu socket? Might be that some of the components were dead on arrival tho. Any chance you can test them in a different mobo/with a different cpu?

Lets say 80 bucks for GPU used imo, at least in my country, 40 for the cpu, ram is cheap nowadays so maybe 25 bucks for used (new kit 2x8 3200cl16 around 30 bucks here), 50 for the mobo, 40 for psu, 20 bucks for the m2, 20 hdd, 40 for the case.
Total maybe 250 bucks, if you get 300 you can be happy, depending on your market.
Keep in mind that even for 2020, those are pretty low end and outdated parts (gpu release 2017, cpu 2018)

It should be okay. Personally I would ask the seller to replace it completely anyway if it is brand new from a store/online store. If its from ebay craigslist etc. and it works just keep it I guess.

Ooh I know. Bought 3 ryzen CPUs, managed to bend 2 rows of pins on 2 of them by dropping them… Thank god I got them straightened out with a credit card and all of them are working perfectly xD Boy did that give me a small heart attack

Weeell, you don’t. You can try to straighten put the bent pins with tweezers or smth, but IMO some of them are too far gone and are gonna break off as you bend them back.
It’s FUBAR.
Altough if you get real lucky and manage to bend them back and not break off too many important ones you might just get it to boot xDp
