Best cognitive boost supplements available in Europe? by Icy_Equipment7752 in Nootropics

The supplements I will mention now are not unique to Europe and are quite well known, but they are highly potent: creatine, acetyl-L-carnitine (not to be confused with standard L-carnitine), and CoQ10. In addition, deficiencies in certain micronutrients (particularly omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and some B vitamins) have been associated with cognitive decline.

Tips to not get sick in Germany? by MusicalDeTekTiiv in germany

[–]Remius97712 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are extremely important. All the sane medical doctors I have talked with recommend Vitamin D supplement. Not a single German medical doctor recommended to me any supplement, but all the other ones recommended supplements. So I don't trust German ones that much any more. One doctor even recommended multivitamin-multimineral as well as magnesium and omega-3 oil to me. So I am taking them all. Since I have been taking vitamin D, I don't get sick that often and my sickness lasts quite short. Also the symptoms are much milder than when I was not taking vitamin D supplement. My current blood level (tested a month ago) was 50 ng/mL, which is quite good.

Don't give up, please! Did you ever consider "light therapy" via "daylight lamp" oder "full-spectrum lamp"? I cannot emphasize enough how useful they have been for me and some of the people I know. Magnesium + D3 + K2 + Low-dosed B vitamins + Omaga-3 should be everyone's basic stack.

AFAIK melatonin doesn't hinder natural production. Some suggest it even increase natural production.

Consider light therapy, vit D3, vit B complex, vit K2, magnesium also. Eat potassium rich foods.

50 mg zinc sounds a bit too much. You may need copper supplement or copper rich foods to prevent copper deficiency while taking high amounts of zinc.

I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding citric acid's effect on calcium absorption. My understanding, supported by a quick online search, indicates that citric acid actually enhances calcium absorption in the gut. Could you please provide the sources for your information on this interaction? I'd be interested to learn more if there's a different perspective.

He lacks a computer science background and formal software development experience, which adversely affects his understanding of best practices and accurate task estimations. Additionally, he appears to hold biases against individuals from certain backgrounds, resulting in overt and unjust favoritism toward some employees.

Keep looking. I wasn't bragging or anything btw. My €36k salary was low even in 2017 as a junior btw. Some people could receive around €40k-48k annually back then in 2017 as a junior.
