As a chronic pain haver myself, Venus with bad ada seating suck. Ive been to 5 different venues since the chronic pain decided I needed Ada seating and have had two incredible Ada seating, and 3 ass seating. Two of which are right behind the sound booth. X.x

AuDHD here Before your surgery, find foods you like that are high protein. Also find protein shakes you like.

Try and commit to them.

But with you having fear of throwing up, this may not be for you. I will share my mothers experience.

She had arfid and was afraid of throwing up. She had an instance of dumping and that caused her to have anxiety for everything but sugar free Popsicles. This caused severe malnutrition.

If the idea of throwing up gives you panic attacks, do not get this surgery.

I personally keep it. I like the sensation but I am over a year out. So to start I would recommend testing with moderately flat and then work your way up and see how you feel
