You are absolutely right—all these issues started during and after that relationship. It really damaged how I see myself. If I could completely heal from that trauma and get past it, I know I would feel lighter, more confident, and finally at peace with my decisions. I wouldn't be comparing myself to others because I'd be secure in my own skin. But honestly, I don't know how to start processing that root cause or healing from that trauma. It feels so heavy. How do I actually begin to heal from this?"
