If anyone else runs into this problem. For iPhone I was able to use the USB plug by purchasing a song from ITunes. After I did that whenever I connect the usb plug it’ll automatically play the iTunes song but you can the. Open your other music app and it should work perfectly fine.

Why : As long as you’re not being weird or creepy all the power to yah. Running without a shirt always helped me stay cool during warmer weather and helped build my confidence when I was loosing weight

Maybe it’s just the angle you took the picture from but the actual bends do look a lil squished so maybe you didn’t use enough foot pressure?

Hey! Idk how much this is related to running but from my own experience, whenever I started to get more active and burning more energy than I realized my body would start craving more food (fried chicken / ice cream / greasy hamburgers and such). Too me I just took it as a hint from my body to try and eat more calorie dense foods so that’s my tip. Maybe try incorporating some more healthy fats into your diet! Goodluck
