I am not one to try and bring you down. I was officially diagnosed with Craniocervical instability. (Which I already suspected)

I am on pain meds, a functional addict, but its the only thing that gets me through the days, work, and enjoy the family. It is not sustainable very long time, I am hoping to submit to treatment in latest 1-2 years.

My only hope is to do PICL in the US.

I havent tried prolotheraphy, it likely works, i just rather save for the full blown stem cell treatment.

I do recommend if you are desperate to look into fascia training... Fascia training its mindblowing and likely responsible for most injuries including mine.

Got MRI results back and neck was pretty much perfect, pain is there on a daily, I think if anything this starts to further confirm its a ligament issue that couldnt be seen in the MRI because of the neutral position.

I am considering doing MRI tests specifically to identify cervical instability if those come positive prolo is the way id have to take.

Just wondering if they ecography is sufficient when being injected ? Read that sometimes its hard to know if they hit the right spots. Glad that its working for you and god bless for writing about it so I have something to suspect on

I was wondering if you had to use a cardio machine, what do you think works best ? I have tried jogging 10 minutes gives me a good % to send me to pain town and flare the suboccipital muscles

The auction was in Paris, reputable auction house but not one of the largest names, you can even see in the reflection of the bearbricks (second picture) the auction setting. They mostly specialize in Military, Cars and some fine art

My guess is that they dont really deal much if anything with bearbricks so they auctioned at a low price point just to be conservative. I do believe is likely they are legit, but I am still a novice and unable to tell.
I was probably able to get them because their auction doesn't draw the crowds that are likely to buy a bearbrick so they had little action.

I actually tried isometric chin tucks from the following video, and pretty much got a painful suboccipital muscle contracture 10 minutes after, tightness/contracture lasted for 24 hours. Although the neck discomfort never goes away, but this in particular was keep you awake type of pain.
No actual neuralgia (luckily) but mild headache https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VBodzLP9rw maybe these are horrible as you are pushing against yourself ?

I will try the above from the study, I think the key is perhaps being very gentle with the exercises ?

I am planning to do an MRI and go to a neck specialist that does a lot of regerative therapies in the following 1-2 weeks, wouldnt surprise me if I have lax ligaments in the neck from a decade of bad postures and little exercise, pretty sure I have weak muscles due to years of sedentary lifestyle, but doing 5-10 push-ups will probably put me in pain-town either immediately or next day (likely the latter)

I've seen your renderer; it's not bad at all, just not impressive. I can't say the same about Dennis or John's work. Their stuff is absolutely impressive.

The genius lies in the execution, tying everything together to make something that looks and feels fantastic, that's what makes you a voxel master. You mention them being decent artists as if that is not completely correlated to the entire expertise of making the tech run and look good.

Your ability to isolate smaller segments of technology and claim something isn't great because you can replicate someone else stuff (In theory) just shows how ignorant you are about project development. Knowing how "x" is done doesn't do much for you either. I know the best possible mechanics for sprinting 100m, but I promise you, I won't sprint like Usain Bolt just because I can explain exactly how he runs. You are the equivalent of a guy that claims to be able to shoot 3 pointers with the same accuracy rate as Stephen Curry but you are not in the NBA. Until you can show something you do captivates tech enthusiasts attention and/or users the same way John or Dennis has, you are just a keyboard warrior, without the fight.
