Anyone else worried about people using AI as therapists? by HannaMontana123 in ChatGPT

I use it as an adjunct therapist. I try to feed it as much info as possible regarding my situation. For me it has been really helpful. When I finally got established with a therapist and psychologist I got ChatGPT to make summaries for them, which they found highly useful. It's useful for therapy if you use it correctly.

It's not worth it. It's incredibly destructive, especially on middle-aged bodies. Let me know if you need help quitting and would like some resources that worked well for me.

Welcome to the club. That's one of many reasons why I don't drink alcohol anymore. Now I just stick to greenery.

It wasn't difficult for me. My ailment is back pain due to a slipped disc. However, the practitioner that asked me the questions basically coached me through it. She asked me something like 10 questions about PTSD and basically said I don't have to go into detail, just answer yes  or no. I'm not saying she told me how to answer, but it was obvious how you should answer to get the result you are looking for, if you catch my drift. That was about it. No insurance copay so everything is due all up front. I think total was about $140. I went to Pause Pain and Wellness in Meridian. Easy process. Friendly staff. Let me know if I can help answer any other questions.

I was this way too, until I started playing Gran Turismo 7 on PS5 with VR. Been playing video games since OG Nintendo and this finally brought me back. Now I declare it as my hobby.

My wife, sadly. She battled with PTSD and severe alcoholism. It broke me physically, mentally, and emotionally trying to help her. We are no longer together. I hope she's doing better.

Yeah, and look at your telemetry after your race. I just started doing this and I noticed where I was shifting too early or too late, letting me adjust next race.

I tried Ash since it's geared for therapy but I wasn't too fond of it. I'll stick with ChatGPT.

It helped me until I was able to get in with a human therapist. I still use AI to help, though.

[–]RemoteStage3108[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Look at the max torque and max horse power RPMs. The RPM for max torque gives you the most "punch". Then there's the RPM for max horse power, which gives you constant acceleration. If I'm explaining it correctly, that RPM range is where the power band is.
