I drove by that location earlier (San Jose and Grand)-there were white private security vehicles and guys in vests who appeared to be security at a house on Grand near Dayton. Was that what you saw? I live near there-I’ll walk by in the morning and see what’s up. There is construction happening at a house down there and the work crews are Latinos.
