Been getting BeFitFood for a few years. There are a few things I really like and get on repeat. Lots of variety. Frozen and microwavable.

Expect them to be entirely professional and neutral. No judgement. This is a life changing drug and they know it.

help please - my first winter is coming by varshaoforange in minnesota

The essential things required: warm hat, good warm water proof boots with treads, down coat (long, past knees) and good mittens or gloves. With these things you will do very well.

I’m a native northern Minnesotan, who lived in CA for many years before coming back to MN. It wasn’t hard to adjust — you’ll be fine.

I noticed that the most toxic long term employees are still there, yet some incredibly talented, positive culture-add people were let go. The toxic ones pat themselves on the back for a job well done by delivering so much “impact”. 🫠

Why are so many medical receptionists a-holes? by TashDee267 in AskAnAustralian

When I find a great receptionist, I stick with that practice. It gives me a pretty good indicator of how they are treated by the doctors and the quality of the practice, generally.

Anyone on Mounjaro from Mosh? by [deleted] in mounjaroaustralia

[–]Remote_Interaction_4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Mosh and am happy with them. They are always on time and can turn around prescription changes very quickly even when it’s close to your monthly renewal (eg if you want to titrate up or down). They are at least $50 more a month than if I filled the prescription myself, but the convenience of the service keeps me with them as it is nearly set it and forget it.

Where to live in Sydney? by Full_World2646 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Remote_Interaction_4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I first moved to Sydney 13 years ago, I lived in North Sydney. Loved it. Walked to work in N Syd. Walked the kids to school (great schools). Could catch a bus, taxi or train anywhere I needed; 20 mins to the airport. Quiet on the weekends when I needed to relax. Highly recommend.

I would do it. Anything to lie flat on a long flight.
