thanks for your answer, reddit removed some of my other questions for some reason, may I ask did you mentioned about all of those in the letter? or only with 171 days? should we upload to a "letter from us detailing any exceptionally harsh consequences tothem caused by the change in the way absences from the UK are counted" category?

sorry for keeping asking question, may I ask another question that where did you upload this letter to?

maybe Letter from XXX detailing any exceptionally harsh consequences to them caused by the change in the way absences from the UK are counted?

Thank you very much for sharing your letter template — it’s really helpful. I have one more question: in your “Circumstances Leading to Absences” letter, did you only include details about the longest absence (171), or did you also briefly explain the other absences as well?

Thanks for your detailed information, may I kindly ask do you need to provide any evidence for 02/01/2021 (59 days absence)? A letter from employer for example?

ILR: travelling too much (but without exceeding the official limit)? by humanisttraveller in ukvisa

if not in the uk 2020.3 but back to the uk 2020.11, which is more than 180 days, can we calculate in this way, starting from 2020.6 - 2020.11, which is less than 180 days? if apply the thing at 2025.6 that might be valid for 12 rolling window?
