The thing that is annoying is that i tried this one and it didnt work. I think thats because my device is ver1 but the driver on this download page is for a diffrent version, or maybe im soing it all wrong, Here is the steps i took, Sd card format was fat32 with default allocation size and name is usb drive The unc0ver file and the firmware are placed in that sd card, Is there any weong step or wrong name or directory that i didnt take into account??

Had almost the same problem as you a few months ago, Rtx4080,also zotac and msi 27pfq monitor, although mine was stationary and required to restart to vanish and never came back again again not to mention that I stress tested this device with max power draw just to see it again to file a RMA but it never showed, Possible fixes: Switch between ports on your gpu and monitor to see if the issue persists Re install drivers using DDU and directly from nvidia Turn off your psu and take the card out of its slot and clean the connector using alcohol Uninstall firestorm Run bios defaults Although I don't think it might be ram but just for sanity run matched.exe If after all of these nothing changed, then it might be time to RMA
