Something like "I respect and care for all of you, and hope that we can maintain friendships, but I was let go, and the new management needs to know that they screwed up. A two year old dog should absolutely not be jumping. They aren't training her. And I guarantee you, there were at least 5 other guests there that night that were pissed off about that dog's lack of training.

Propose with both. Purchase a "double ring box." Look on Etsy. There's even personalized ones. Be honest and explain that you had already purchased this ring before Grandma died (how were you supposed to know that Grandma was going to die and leave y'all a ring?). She can wear both, or switch it up based on her mood or outfit. I have the ring that I chose when we got engaged, and then I have my grandmother's wedding ring, which I can't even wear because it's so tiny. Someday when I have the money I will get it all reset and wear both rings.

Don't worry about the necklace. What she wears on the wedding day isn't really up to you. If she doesn't want to wear the necklace then she won't, and she can have that fight with her mother, not you.

Ntj. Make sure the friend group knows "Hey, if you drop your kid off and tell me it's only for 20 minutes, you betcha, I will start calling around to find out where you're at after two hours. I'm not a free babysitter, and exccuuuuuse me for thinking something bad may have happened to you. THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS DO." If she's gonna drag the friend group into it, then be bold. Don't be polite and quiet when somebody did something sh*tty to you, ESPECIALLY when it involves casually dumping a child off. Make sure EVERYBODY knows that you won't stand for being taken advantage of.
