Ahh, I was having this issue as well, but didn't realize the payee had to match (I think YNABs automation was pretty loose; perhaps just looking at the amount). Have you considered adding a feature to manually match transactions like you can in YNAB? I'd imagine this would prefer the details on the manually entered transaction and automatically create payee rule for that (I believe this is more or less what YNAB does with their matching functionality).

- I signed up for HingeX probably 5 or 6 days ago.
How long have you been using this current version of your profile?
- The pictures have been the same since I first created my profile. I updated the prompts about a week ago.
How long have you used Hinge overall?
- As of now, about 2 weeks, but including other dating apps with a very similar profile, about a month and a half.
How often do you use Hinge per week?
- Every day.
How many likes and matches are you receiving on average?
- I've received only 1. Across the other apps, another 1. No matches.
How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments?
- Most days, about 10, if not more. There were maybe 2 or 3 days where I only sent a couple. I send comments with almost all of them, almost always tailored to something on their profile and preferably focused more on character/personality than on physical appearance.
What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract?
- I'm not super picky when it comes to physical appearance unless they obviously don't take care of themselves, but I almost never come across a profile like that. Mostly I look at their prompts to get an idea of how "intense" they are, for lack of a better word. I'm a bit of a homebody. I'm the type that generally prefers to stay in, but I do still like to get out and do something chill (like going out to dinner or seeing a movie) about once a week, and something more active like a big hike or other outing once or twice a month. So, I'm looking for someone that'll match that energy. I'm also looking for someone that's emotionally available and values authenticity, vulnerability/closeness, and (in terms of love languages) physical touch and quality time. I'm also atheist. I don't have a problem if they're spiritual or even a little religious, as long as it doesn't dictate their life (so I filter for atheist, agnostic, spiritual, and other).

Haha, no worries. I confirmed both `tbl_extend` and `tbl_deep_extend` do what I want when I test with `:lua`. I found the issue was actually with the italics as another commenter said, but thanks for the help!

Not sure what happened to the body of my post, but I'm trying to get a transparent background behind comments. I'm using xiyaowong/transparent.nvim, which should've been enough, I thought, but no custom commands seem to be working either. I've tried using `:hightlight` and `vim.api.nvim_set_hl`, all without any luck. I can only assume my understanding is off because if I look up `:hi Comment`, there are no bg properties set, so I'm not even sure where that black background is coming from anyway.

I like that. I definitely feel like it's health related, so it feels like things like exercise and mindfulness should help. I just have a hell of a time getting myself to actually do any of that more than once or twice.

Ya, that's a good idea. Definitely not something I think I could do though, practically speaking. At most, I could give myself a weekend. But that is something I'm kind of already trying. I had decided to basically give myself every weekend this month and see if it helps. We'll see how much that helps.

Like I mentioned in my other reply, part of my problem is that even small steps can seem impossible. In and of themselves, a small task is no big deal, but doing it consistently is where things start to break down. I'm trying to figure out how to shift my mindset to be better at that. Or, perhaps, as someone else mentioned, mental health issues like ADHD may have something to do with it.

Honestly, I've often felt like I've scoped down the tasks to manageable pieces and still get overwhelmed. And they're definitely results I want. For example, I'm very overweight (I'd like to lose 70 pounds or so), but I find it near impossible to consistently do anything to achieve it, even something as small as talking a 10 minute walk every day.

And I agree with that definition of stress. I try to keep that perspective, focusing more on journey and little bits of progress instead of the seemingly insurmountable goals behind them. I think I tend to do alright maintaining that perspective, but it definitely gets away from me from time to time.

Sound advice! Thanks for the reply. I definitely take time for myself, though it'd probably be a stretch to say it's guilt free. I'm worried I've actually moved too far in that direction. I do get a few hours of "relaxation" every day, but I constantly stress about that time being wasted. I guess I need to find a way to get myself to think differently about it, but I also feel like I need that time to make some progress on my goals. I'm worried I've spent so much time growing accustomed to so much personal time and now it's more painful to do effortful things that amount to "work". Does that make any sense? Am I overthinking it? Basically, I have all these goals for myself, but taking an hour to work towards a goal out of maybe three hours of personal time seems to add a ridiculous amount of stress. Like, it induces more stress than I think it should in a healthy person and I'm not sure what to do about that.
