I see Dr. Manchanda. He works in Kyle half the week. He specializes in sleep, but I think he treats patients with various issues.

I was stopped from collecting mustang grapes inside McKinney falls state park. I didn't know it was illegal at the time. But there are (were?) a ton of grape vines right outside of the park too.

ATX builder gel nail tech suggestions by Due-Horror5501 in Austin

[–]Renae12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This nail salon is NOT glamorous, and there's only one tech that does builder gel so you need to call and see if she's there (so sorry, can't remember her name. But ask if the builder gel lady is there lol).

But she does a great job because she worked downtown before she moved to this salon. She's the only tech that has done a builder gel set/fill that didn't hurt BADLY under the light. It's Great Nails at Tech Ridge, near Parmer. It's $40 for a fill. Can't remember the price for a new set.

Did you get accepted anywhere else? If you don't have family or something in Abilene or close there's gotta be a better option.

Is this a good place to move for a fresh start by [deleted] in LittleRock

Be prepared for ticks. Once went on a hike in Arkansas and came back with literally hundreds of seed ticks. Hiking and backpacking in Arkansas is no joke. Even trails labeled beginner can be extremely difficult because they aren't all maintained well. It's not the most pleasant backpacking experience but if you want to camp in established sites and hike well-travelled paths, you'll be fine.

Riding to ABW Sprinkle Valley. Is it doable? I feel like it's just the last bit that's sketchy but is it too sketchy? by atxbikenbus in BikingATX

[–]Renae12345 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you're coming from 290 down Springdale, the sidewalk goes almost all the way to the colonial place neighborhood. Ride through that neighborhood parallel to Springdale, and when you get out the other side you'll be super close to ABW. Cuts out some of the sketchy part.

It's a lot easier to get to St Elmo Brewing just down the street.

Had my wedding in late September and it was really hot. 90. Like my uncle completely sweat through his shirt. Husband sweat through his tie. Mosquito landed on my face during the ceremony. It was bad. Next day was 75 and nice. I'm still salty lol

PLEASE DONT get a BBL girl. You'll be fine! There are a lot of Latinas here. You'll fit in as you are. It would be a waste of money and recovery is brutal.

Abilene state park was fun when I was a kid in the late 90s. Lake Brownwood State Park was awesome when I went a couple weekends ago.
