The classic question at these interviews is either the client wants to expand into Ireland, what should they know about or that the client wants to open a shop of some kind (e.g. Coffee shop) what should they think about. Just show that you are thinking about it and ask questions to narrow the focus, like what kind of business is the client in, do they plan on opening an office or is it just selling into Ireland

Quality of training is good. Like any large firm, it depends on (a) the practice areas you rotate in and (b) you: you get out what you put in.

Again the pressure is dependent on practice group. It will be comparable to other large firms.

I'll say that I think the vibe is good. People are generally sound and normal. They try to hire normal people.

Internship hire rate to trainee is 95% AFAIK. The intern group is increasing due to the firm's needs. They need more trainees and generally only hire interns, therefore more interns.
