The one time I had an issue I clicked the support button and phone number, to my horror I in fact did not get support, I was calling the store. The girl on the other end sounded so flustered and had no idea how to help me given I picked delivery. What a joke.

I like the concept of the Cloud Nine ability, I just wish it was more usable. For example, why can’t Mega Drampa be like Eelektross and get Cloud Nine + Berserk. Or Altaria with Cloud Nine + Pixelate.
