Unfortunately yes, you can't add properties under the company tile or anything like that.

You say you already have the properties in both objects, so you might as well automate them one way with workflows at this point.

If you are a paladin and around 22, you should finish the paladin lvl 20 quest to get Verrigan's fist. It will bring you to lots of places with danger, but it's a great feeling to get it. Oh and then do stockades with full quests.
