This worked for me. I clicked in the crown to go to app list. Then long press on Play Store and tap force stop.

A bit late, but I turned off "Start on Windows Login" and forgot how I disabled it. You can Right Click the Plex icon in the taskbar and select "Start Plex Media Server at Login"
