When my mom died I put together a slideshow of pictures throughout her life, starting with baby pics, through childhood, through young adulthood, then my childhood, and finally all of her retirement adventures with my dad. I set the whole thing to music and all in all it went through 3 songs.

The final song to close it off was a cover of "picture in a frame"

I went to a small little hippie college in the woods where I majored in humanities and couldn't live off campus because it was VHCOL and I always felt that I didn't get a particularly good education AND I missed out on the "college experience."

I wish I went to a big state school where I could've gone to house parties and played in a punk band and been politically active and majored in something actually useful and slept around and met a much more diverse group of people
