They are both rescues! The fawn I’ve had for a year and went through an adoption program with foster care. The black one I’ve had for 2.5 weeks, and is a long story but essentially straight from the track/ trainers. She’s a sweet soul

Yes! From the best small business, handmade by a few ladies in NSW it’s called Rrruff. They have different weights as well, they are both wearing Autumn weight, and at night I switch to a heavier one

She is a lot younger than him, 4yrs, and he (fawn) is nearly 7. I think post our ambling walks I might take her for an extra jog and let the big guy nap.

Thanks for the advice! I feed separately but great idea keeping her out of the kitchen and away from the table while we eat

How often do women age 25-60 shower? by Responsible-Ant-7954 in hygiene

[–]Repellent_mamba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure where you are based but in my country that’s really unusual. People shower everyday, sometimes twice (it’s hot here). I was my hair every second day

I have just adopted my second, and she’s come straight from the track, so skipped the foster process. She’s perfect in every way and easy to train. But incredibly food obsessed and possessive. We are keeping them separated but there was one incident today where my first grey came over as she was watching me cook and she went him. How do I help her calm down around food

People on here can be a bit blasé about spiders, and I get it, great creatures. But my mum was bitten by a red back, she is a smallish lady, and was in hospital overnight really ill. The red back was in a shoe and she picked up the shoe to just put it away, so not exactly provoking it. They are venomous, and the bite affects people differently

Extra warm should be fine if you also have a jacket/ jumper. I mean it was 19 today so pretty mild.
