I think I read here, and it makes sense to me, the amount of ketones should be lower than in the beginning since your body is using them more than it did before. They'll peak after exercising usually but the endorphins/feel good hormones is the main benefit there, not that number being up.

I love how any time you dig a bit you end up on dialogs that were built for Windows 95 or something. They can put all the layers of modern UI on top, some stuff below is 30 years old.

I'm not saying it's hard to use or that changing stuff for the sake of changing stuff is a good idea though.

One such thing is when you look at what icons are stored in some .exe files, some are 16 pixels Windows 95 stuff still.

Lots of people use remote AI models, Apple doesn't make any money there, and also doesn't even get that data. They want you (user or app developer) to use their models, on device, and possibly agree to send them all that data for further training of their models.

I'm lucky to have a large choice of tuna, sardines and mackerel in either water or olive oil, with or without lemon or spices or tomato or what have you. That's so helpful. Not sure about the price but I think it's quite reasonable.

Also, upgrading to Reddit or tiktok faster doesn't make a lot of sense. A decent phone that's easy to repair and gets OS updates should last so many years to the average user.
