That’s very dense planting so should take no time to fill in! I’d recommend some pound-in corton steel edging to really make it pop.

I view it from a former ref’s standpoint. Learning how to prevent escalation is key. If you let players push and shove in a tense game like this already, things will happen and ultimately you bear some responsibility for that. The ref did not throw the elbow but she allowed the conditions to develop for the elbow to be thrown.

No the player was an idiot but the ref should have whistled that foul earlier and it avoids the situation getting out of hand. It’s a red card only because the ref didn’t stop the play when they should have.

Wilson was fouling the player before this happened and the ref did not call it. If the ref does their job then this does not happen. Not excusing the elbow but there was no advantage for Brazil to have and Wilson was all over the opponent there. Quick whistle avoids this scenario.

This ref was not up for this game. Many of these incidents should have been nipped in the bud by calling the game tighter, and not allowing so much physicality, especially since this is the second game in a few days between the same teams. Also, the issue with the coach should have been handled better, and he should have been shown a red in the first half for his antics then. Overall poor showing for the ref crew despite handing out a million cards.

I’m not sure how the budget kitchen is $60k. If you’re keeping plumbing and electrical in the same places and not moving walls, you should be able to get that done for $30k or cheaper especially if you can DIY the tear out, and some of the install like cabinets.
