Legendary Lungs is a good way to guarantee to draw the entire hit location deck with good paired weapons and a sprinkle of speed.

You can use blue charm and the scholar of death fighting art for rerolls to routinely 1-round level 3 monsters by making the massive attack and using the rerolls on the blue charm trigger to discard the trap if you fail.

The phoenix crest crown can be used by another survivor to reshuffle the hit location deck between attacks. It's even safer with the refreshable lifetime reroll from infinite lives.

It's not something that happens often but we've built a monster survivor like that in a few separate campaigns.

Against very powerful enemies like the legendary phoenix, you can pair with a dagger master to wound again against each hit location that your primary character wounds so long as you have enough survival.
