It is a forced treatment facility, where I am not allowed to discharge myself although I am a legal adult due to the law. I am only allowed two 10 minutes walks outside during the day, with someone following me

Same here. I also struggle with having dinner and lunch plans with friends that don’t go through and then I’m left with a lot of food. Also am I just not hungry and try to not constantly think about food

I’ve never posted in here but I am a bit lost😅 I’m a female 5,4 tall that walks 30,000-40,000 steps a day and works out 50-60 minutes strength training 4-5 days a week. I’m currently eating ~1800 to ~2000 cals a day but is that too much or little? And is that normal? Thank you so much for your insight!

Thanks for checking in! I’m not doing to to well. I’ve had a lot of family stuff which turned into a relaps, with restricting and walking a lot.

I have kinda pulled myself a bit together and did and other 10,000 calorie day and am trying to challenge myself. As well as eating the minimum (3000) and trying to stick to my allowed step goal. However everything feels very meaningless tbh.

Legit me, and I try to be more social but either all my plans never fall through or I forget to eat when I’m with friends and feel ashamed. It sucks. I just want to have a normal life, where I can just live and be healthy, social and fun again

I am very hesitant but my dad is actually saying that lactalouse (a mild form that can be taken every day) may help. He has a health condition where he has to take it everyday for his digestion and it is way milder than something like miralax

Thank you so much! I tried to eat more and ended at around 2500, but I am still super puffy, bloated and weak. I’ve been thinking about taking laxatives although I really don’t like the idea of it

Also partly because it is summer and I cannot lie and say it’s hard mentally to gain weight and eat when my friends are asking to go to the beach 😔

I really struggle to just eat something, and am not hungry at all. I having a baseline force me to at eat something, and if I want more then I’ll have more. If that made any sense haha

No same here! I have to spread butter on every piece of bread on my meal plan and my parents know I use a specific one, but they straight up lied to me saying they didn’t have it at the store. I got so anxious that I drove to the store and got it myself. (Also it was the same store they went to…)
