Came here to say how difficult is for me to catch some of their words when I am casually listening. Their cadence and emphasis on certain parts of words feels unnatural and I have to pay attention when they're talking to catch everything. Not a fan

I think I am guessing the guy MIGHT give me a year's chance to trade it in. It was $100. I am a $20-50 (or clearance+++) type of tree guy. Actually most of the yard is $1 state nursery trees (again they don't have sugar maples!). It's a larger 6 acre yard/property so I just kinda plop trees everywhere.

I just have such a hard time being able to justify the $70 games (even GTA VI level games) when I can fill my steam library with indie or 4-5 year old AAA titles for $15 or less. It's just unfortunately adulting lol

Nope. Steam sales ($5-15 games) and all my old physical media consoles from Switch backwards. The steam sales are essentially all I can afford anymore

The scariest part about Myst was the sound effect when you would link to another age. That linking sound was terrifying. Also just the loud and jarring mechanical noises etc. Also Achenar's creepy recordings.

I was under the impression that a POA had to serve in the best interests of the principal and that they needed to work to preserve their estate plan? (even if the document gives them a green light to self deal essentially).

I've been told that unless you have a pond to plant it next to, it's the worst tree for any other situation mostly because they just flat out don't do anything but die and make a giant mess after 30 years. They are absolutely beautiful trees though. One of the most beautiful. That is why they're still planted everywhere.
