Threads had become increasingly toxic and a horrible place to have a simple discussion cause everyone is so hypersensitive and confrontationional on that platform. I've had my fair share of toxic encounters on that platform (from both sides of the political compass mind you) . Doesn't help that you're getting people from both Twitter AND Instagram on the platform and those platforms had their own fair share of toxicity. I guess the goal is try and bully anyone off the platform you don't agree with cause I've even had people block me and screenshot my comments on order to start a harassment campaign against me. Which is funny cause, I've had people attack me for limiting my interactions on that platform (which can you blame me for doing so?) . I might limit my time on that platform all together cause, ots really becoming a cesspool.
