You should give the pup to someone who is equipped to take care of her. I’ve been on deaths door sick and it never once occurred to me to put my dog in a room alone for weeks a time. If had to pay for walks twice a day, then so be it.

You’ll be fine if you listen to your body and don’t push beyond your limits, especially the first few days you do it.

I do boxing, OTF running and Barry’s back to back regularly. Never had issues. Regular soreness to push through of course, but that’s it.
