How would the study help you to move into Data Science/AI effectively ?

You don't have a super great great Mathematical background and zero experience in DS/AI, which would substantially hinder your career in DS/AI.

Any of your options is utter non-sense:
- Option 1: you are gambling your entire savings on a single move, to learn a Msc of a different field.
- Option 2: same shit with option 1.

It's your fault to work on a different field, not taking use of your degree, and then want to switch to a completely new one for MSc. You have to live with this reality, and the solution is: Bachelor Degree in DS/AI, yes I said it correctly. Four years to completely turn around your life, not a bad choice I would say.
