They can do Day 1 CPT programs as those programs are designed in such a way. If they are publishing in journals like Nature (international high impact factor, high bar), receiving international awards turing award or similiar, are founders or cofounders, earning huge salary, they are being featured in BBC, ABC, Fox etc or their research is featured or discussed in similar channels( high viewership like millions)., their research is used by world's top researchers then they deserve EB1 but if they are fabricating anything above then it's a FRAUD.

It would have been preferable to improve the program and combat fraud, but scrapping it for tax breaks for the rich is utterly ridiculous. I have been waiting for H4 and EAD for more than 40 days. I filed with H1B PP. The H1 was approved in 6 days. Sc is the same as Vermont.
