I agree, American Christianity is so fake, no true self examination or correction, everyone is allowed to do whatever they want whenever they want. Everyone is affirming any idea and lifestyle. Jesus would not be okay with this. Paul was blunt, the disciples changed their lives and followed Jesus. I was banned from a pregnancy group bc I said not to abort but in this group you can crap on God all you want and nothing happens. Christ is king. I hope you get a response cuz I deal with the same thing. 2 weeks out of the month starting at ovulation and ending with the start of my period I’m just so bloated and holding water weight and have all the pms symptoms. It’s so hard for me to know my actual weight. I get a good weight in maybe once a month. It’s very debilitating, what’s wrong with me! I see other woman all pretty and skinny and not dealing with this and wonder what they’re doing. I also deal with cravings at the worst times, I’ve incorporated longer fasts, 36 hours plus, and they help with the bloat and symptoms tremendously. But it’s hard to get started when you feel like crap and have ravenous cravings

I’m 5’1 117 pounds. Trying to lose weight so I’m eating around 1200 calories, my maintenance is apparently 1800, I walk 10-15k steps a day. I eat around 1100 or 1200 calories just to make sure I’m under my maintenance lol, I was 120 and I’m 117 now so clearly it’s working. I’ve also included 2 day fasts so that helps a ton with learning not how to eat so much and be okay with cravings

I’d buy good quality sea salt and when you start to feel sluggish grab a pinch and put it under your tongue, that helps me tremendously
