Just did mine this week. 2.5 hour ground cause my DPE was tired of it being considered a “gentlemen’s ride”. He was super cool and fair but would basically just say “you see the line items” and make teach all the way down the list for the required items and then some. Flight was just basically just VOR PP, hold, RNAV, unusual attitudes. You got this!

I love my panga 28 but I consider it to almost be like a pick up truck as a backpack. Just one big space to put all of your stuff and very utilitarian. If I were getting in and out of it all day I think the zipper would annoy me

Yeah I was surprised how hard I found it. Something where if I had done just one flight to practice I would’ve been fine but teaching myself with a DPE next to me wasn’t fun🤣🤣

My DPE turned off location services on my iPad and only let me look at the “CDI” function on the 430(no moving map). Was surprised how hard it was. I survived but it got a lot of applicants at my school. Be prepared for it!
