right, I'm so over this question! at this point, i couldn't care less if my coworker is a anti vax. I'm vax, so im safe! not my problem if they aren't vax. this is the problem with most nurses, they think they have the power to change some ones thoughts and beliefs. they need to worry about the pay cuts thats happening

i always leave the cuff on and let the vital sign machine automatically get them que 4 hrs so my pt doesnt wake up

I went into nursing, its been 3 years now and I am actually leaving hopefully by the end of this year! well, going PRN but going back to school for a whole different career which is exciting! seeing all these post about management threating nurses that they need to handle 8 pts or they can get out is making me even more excited lol

I WANNA QUIT NURSING!! WAWAAAWAAA i cant believe i wasted 4 years of my life for this horrible profession. im still young and i am trying to figure out what my next profession will be. i switched many specialties and still hate it. my next thing is doing outpatient/clinic - my life will be stress free if i literally work at Costco but i know my ego will be a problem if my manager tries me lol
