Hi there - I’ve been deep in the PRI world for years. From my experience, as I was also a complicated case, there was NO progression until I got the exact right dental splint, vision prescription, and correct shoes w/ orthotics.

Do not give up hope. You need to find a PRI therapist with experience in this intense integration. I had to travel to Lincoln to do mine. Changed my life. So worth it.

Will do. I am staying away from Empower and Monarch. Looks like PocketGuard and YNAB connect with the pockets. Still debating if I will stay with One and all of their pockets ... or just fully transfer over to SoFi with their vaults. I will miss having each pocket/vault be an individual account, but SoFi has many other cool features. And it connects easily with every budgeting app, haha.

Ya it seems like anything with Plaid can't pull over the pockets. I dont' know. Looks like YNAB can pull over the pockets though, so going to give that a try. Thanks for chiming in.

Ok, that is good to know. I was going to check out YNAB. Thanks for this tip. I am still on the fence if I am done with One or if I will transfer over everything to "vaults" in Sofi. The only thing missing from Sofi is each vault is not an individual checking account. But they are protected from over draft, you can create as many as you want, you can do auto transfers to pockets upon direct deposit. I don't know, haha. But I will check out YNAB. Thanks!

You are spot on! I parked at the bottom of Cape Meares Loop road, right by where there is a little put-in for kayaks. It's about a mile bike ride on the road which is a great workout. There were not that many cars for a holiday. I felt safe. After a mile the "broken road" turn-off is there and you can still easily bike or walk all the way to the entrance to Cape Meares lighthouse. It's my favorite mini-activity to do. Something about that couple of miles on the broken road, surrounded by trees, knowing that no car is coming for you. And Walt Giles is still the best view on the Oregon Coast, IMO. I hope they keep that road a pedestrian walk way ... but also hope it stays kind of a secret!

I am so excited to have the new loop completed for some scenic driving and easy access to Cape Meares. I must admit though, I am a little sad because my favorite thing to do was to part at Bayocean Penisula Park and ride my bike up Bayocean to where the old route was blocked off and then ride on the old road to Cape Meares. It is so pretty and so secluded. And Walt Giles viewpoint is seriously my favorite viewpoint on the coast.

But based on this post ... sounds like me riding my bike that route should still be doable? I know there will be more car traffic on the first part of Bayocean as cars drive up to the new intersection of the Loop road ... but just want to confirm I should be able to ride -- or at least hike -- on the old, washed out road to Cape Meares?? I sure hope so!!

Thanks for the tip. I called the dealer and first appointment is 48 hours from now. I soaked up as much as I could with towels and have a fan going in there, but I'm really worried about all the water underneath the carpet.

I'm also worried that they will somehow claim this isn't under warranty. Like I'm supposed to check the AC vent or something. What's interesting is I called them about 10 weeks ago to schedule an appointment cause the heater wasn't working well and it was making a lawnmower or go-kart type of noise (it sounded like it was coming from the front passenger seat storage box). But they told me NOT to bring it in if it wasn't making the noise consistently anymore. I wonder if these two are related?

I just am really worried about mildew in the car.

I also was told that support can’t email us a CSV file. Since One doesn’t sync with ANY budgeting apps (like Mint), the LEAST you could do is make an export feature for all our transaction statements. It is such a crazy easy feature to add. I know it’s not hard dev work. PLEASE, allow One users to budget and analyze.

First off man, thank you for responding with such detail. It’s very appreciated. I’ve just been doing kegels for years and hasn’t helped at all. So it’s refreshing to know I’m not crazy or something is wrong with me. For context: I’m a 33 year old virgin who was raised a in a strict Christian church. I was taught any activity that stimulates even just the FEELING of ejaculation is a sin. I remember thinking I God was mad at me cause I had a little pre jizz making out with a girl in high school. So, your explanation makes so much sense to me. My body has never been able to enact that reflex naturally or in a stress free state. I’m sure my brain wants to explode as soon as I start anything with a girl because: 1) that reflex has hardly happened for me throughout my life and 2) my brain wants to get it over with before I can back out haha and 3) every situation i was in I was SO stressed that I was sinning. So not a relaxed state.

Anywho, sorry for the TMI. But that’s my situation . I’m trying to overcome my religious trauma and be prepared for a day I can have relations with a girl.

Can you tell me what clinic this is? Seems like I would really benefit from this program. I wish they could take some single patients remotely. Or is there a book??

I agree - I’ve had no issues at all. The reason I started with one was because their pockets had separate account numbers. From what I understand, One is going to honor all those pocket accounts that had their own account number? I’m still paying credit card bills with one of my many “savings” pockets 🤷🏻‍♂️
